Amaris is an independent, international Technology & Management Consulting group founded in 2007. Our business is to support our customers in the realization of their projects. We work within their organizations to help them improve their efficiency and performance.

In 2010, Amaris chose GIT and their WinEUR software. Very satisfied from the outset, we were concerned that these solutions would not be able to keep pace with our development. However, knowing about other ERPs and their possibilities, we kept our faith in GIT and today, all the group's accounting is done with WinEUR software. "Why did we opt for the SaaS version of WinEur?
When we set up our trust at the end of 2009, the choice of accounting software was crucial, as it would be our main working tool.
What made us choose WinEur, apart from the fact that it's a proven software package with all the usual accounting functions, was the possibility of having a SaaS version. When we were starting up a new business, we had very few financial resources and little time for all the things that needed to be taken care of. SaaS enabled us to get our accounting software up and running very quickly over our Internet connection, without having to worry about server, network or back-up issues. Data security isn't our job, and we're convinced that professionals can handle it much better than we can. Likewise, we don't have to worry about updates, version compatibility with our operating systems and other IT hassles that are a non-specialist's nightmare. All we need is a computer with an Internet connection.
SaaS also offers us a mobile connection solution, as it allows us to connect to all our accounting data from home or at the customer's premises. Creating a network ourselves to which we can connect remotely? We wouldn't even know where to start?
Finally, from a financial point of view, SaaS was also a good solution, as it meant we didn't have to make major investments in hardware and software at the outset, since it's a rental payable monthly.

IKEA supplier invoicing: a tour de force! Uncompromising security and robustness. It was this stability that enabled us to approach the task of developing a supplier invoice management model for Swedish furniture giant IKEA with relative serenity. This involved managing no less than a million invoices a year, consolidated from the four corners of the globe.
