Maintenance / Support

We offer all our customers with a WinEUR license an annual maintenance contract.

2 types of contract, GOLD or GRANIT :

  • GOLD: support/maintenance by telephone or e-mail. All GOLD contract holders can access remote maintenance, i.e. remote control of their software by one of our technicians.
  • GRANIT: email support/maintenance

Updates

Annual updates are offered to all WinEur customers who have subscribed to an annual support contract: they are easy to set up thanks to a simple link sent by e-mail. This e-mail is systematically preceded by a newsletter, which not only provides general information about our software and our company, but also compiles all the improvements and new features of the update to follow.
