Creating your quotes
MINT allows you to create quotes with a professional, customized layout. Several templates are available and can be easily edited.
When quotes are accepted, MINT generates the corresponding invoices based on the quote data. These invoices are sent to your customers via email, or they are placed in envelopes along with a QR-Invoice to be mailed to your customers.
Invoices awaiting payment are managed by MINT. Payments are monitored using the e-banking module and invoice reconciliation. Reminders are triggered in a tim

Address Management
MINT Address Management effectively replaces all paper lists and other text files.

Contacts entered in Address Management can be used in all other MINT modules. Additionally, you can

Product Management

MINT allows you to sell your products and services directly to your customers. First, you define the products and/or services, the applicable price, any taxes and discounts, and other relevant information. These products will be used directly for quotes and invoicing. At this time, MINT does not offer inventory management.

MINT connects to your accounting firm and automatically exchanges accounting documents.

MINT automatically transmits invoices and payments to the accounting firm electronically. The accounting firm handles the journal entries and bookkeeping. Data related to accounting documents is stored on their server.
Online banking

Take control of your finances with income and expense reconciliation.
If you use your bank’s or PostFinance’s electronic payment services (e-banking), you can download your MT 940-format bank transaction file and import it into MINT. Transactions downloaded from e-banking are displayed as a list, with an “Action” button for each transaction. You can assign this entry to an invoice or an expense.
Entries are automatically processed in MINT and visible in the dashboard. By syncing your e-banking with MINT, you always have an up-to-date overview of incoming and outgoing payments.
