DIRECT ACCESS

Our remote support service will assist you remotely to find a solution.

Our Support team is available to all our customers.

  • Customers with a GOLD maintenance contract receive support via phone or email, as well as updates.
  • Customers with a GRANIT maintenance contract receive all updates. Support is billed separately.
  • Customers without a maintenance contract are provided with support on an as-needed basis. Updates, upon request, are also billed.

Our technicians are experts. They will be happy to answer your questions and, if necessary, will forward your issue to the Development team so that you receive a response as soon as possible.
