This module is a tool for remotely validating supplier invoices, based on document scanning. The system can be installed either on our SaaS (cloud) server or on-premises at your location. The WinEUR user, who acts as the system administrator, scans received invoices and initiates the validation process according to predefined rules:

• signature rules,
• single or multiple validations,
• selection of invoices to be included in an approval process.

This module, which works with WinEUR TIERS and WinEUR ARCHIVE, enables intelligent invoice scanning so that invoices can be forwarded to the accounting department with minimal user intervention. It also allows tasks to be assigned to team members based on their expertise. This system can be installed either on our SaaS (cloud) server or on-premises at your location.

WinEUR ARCHIVE is an electronic document management software solution for accounting documents that helps you save space and time. Based on the digitization of accounting documents, the key features of this product are:

• Easier data entry thanks to the dual-screen display (dual-screen technology)

• A built-in viewer allows you to view accounting reports along with the attached documents for review

WinEUR IZI-REPORT is a module that allows you to create Excel reports directly linked to your accounting data in WinEUR. Use the fields and formulas you’re already familiar with to optimize your current dashboards: no special IT skills are required.
These reports are generated dynamically: once created, they will be automatically updated with a single click as soon as new accounting data is entered into WinEUR.
